Thank you!
I want an advisor not a money manager or broker.
Thanks for ur detailed explanation. Very helpful
Good information Maggie. I need to know one thing. If you are working with some advisor and paid all the fees and now you are in retirement age and want to withdraw from the RRSP /TFSA and investment account. Does your advisor charge extra for designing your retirement strategy.
What type of advisor do I need about restated available Pension Distribution Package from my Employer & what are the reasonable fee for 1 time? Lucky to stumble on your channel. Thank you
You're a baller Maggie
Good advice, still somewhat hard to know if your getting your monies worth
Great video Maggie!!! If an investor needs extra โ careโ then the fee may be necessary, but a flat fee to me is the best. Every investor is different, if they need more โ hand holdingโ then okay. Thanks for the transparency
thanks for this video!
This is a great breakdown and review for anyone considering hiring an advisor. Thanks for sharing Maggie. We thought about it a few years ago and ultimately decided to keep doing it ourselves. We interviewed 2 firms in the Washington DC area, one wanted 1.25% and the other 1.50% of all assets. The 1.50% was for Ric Edelman's company Edelman Financial which also at the time included author David Bach. Anyone into personal finance will probably know of Ric Edelman and David Bach from their books, podcast, television, etc. Ultimately the plans they made for us were to basically keep doing what we're doing…well I can do that without paying 1.50%
Really helpful video, thank you so much for sharing!
