  1. Your video popped up on my YOUTUBE randomly, probably because i follow a lot of cryptocurrency videos and channels. Happened to listen to you first time, oh my GOD, what a deep research you have made try to join the scattered pieces of puzzle. Appreciate your enthusiasm and interest. Going to subscribe you straightaway. Thanks.

  2. hi people, this may be a dumb question ,but I need to ask…if one buys xrp,, what is the best way to maximize the units of xrp bought. Example I deposit fiat into coinbase and I either buy Ethereum/bitcoin .. .BOTH are on a dwnwrd price spiral ,does it matter which one I use to buy xrp with? or do I use the lowest price of the two i.e. Ethereum which is 400$ approx. then buy xrp with that…or will the units of xrp I buy with bitcoin/Ethereum be the same whichever I use, ,just trying to get the best value for money and maximize my units. .does that make sense? cheers

  3. Hi Eri, excellent video. However I disagree that alipay and Ripple are looking for different markets. Firstly because alipay already a payments company and so is ripple. Second, the service between HK and the Philippines is international remittance which is exactly what Ripple is looking to influence with money gram or Wu partnerships. And thirdly, I do research on migration and development and when people in this field talk about providing financial services to the unbanked they do include international transfers. So the only way alipay I'd not competing with ripple is if ripple is involved in this. If they're not, this is direct competition without a doubt. The 14 billion Alibaba gave alipay to develop their own blockchain solutions makes me doubt they are partnering with ripped because it wouldn't make sense to spend 14 billion just to end up partnering with a third party solution. I hope I'm wrong as I own a good bunch of xrp, but I'm not convinced

  4. Thanks a lot crypto Eri I love your straight forward ,fud busting and research and all insight none critical comments. also your very polite. I watch you every morning.

  5. I used to work at the firm that designed the Tokyo convention center! Rafael Vinoly designed it..thought I may share that useless information haha

  6. The thoughts I have about ripple and xrp and alipay is this: ripple doesnt own the xrp ledger.. I assume anyone in theory get obtain new xrp from xrp themselves and use it.. not sure if that makes sense…ripple is just a company that uses xrp..xrp is it's own entity and others can use xrp as well.

  7. I just went onto the homepage for ripple and they have a list of companies which they partnered with….so my query is, has anyone seen western union on there ,cos there not on there now ,i was just wondering if THEY were there before ,otherwise if they were not initially, it really doesn't matter, but if they were few weeks ago etc and not now, it may mean something….

  8. Really appreciate the conference coverage and analysis! Also read the article that you posted very interesting read. Can't say I agree with everything in article. I also love the fluff stories at the end of each video puts a nice twist on everything.

  9. Jack Man – Jack Ma …. some of these people are so run and gun with their articles. I saw a story about a VC Group and quoted the President Brian Kelly. They used the wrong photo… the grabbed the photo of Brian Kelly the head Football coach at Notre Dame

  10. Sweet report and very informative !! I look forward to the reading "assignments". Thank You for being our Eyes and Ears in the East. Have you set a time and date yet to stream with CKJ ?
As always, we appreciate all that you do.

  11. Just another great great great video Eri. Thank you so much for your effort to bring us knowledge and fill our souls with real things. I love your researches. Greetings from Brazil.

  12. Thanks, Eri for the info on the Blockchain event, It is always nice to get first hand perspectives:

Here is some research about the Ripple connection with the Alipay, Ant, Standard Charter:

From Standard Charter Website: โ€œOur strategy is to select the right fintech partners to help us advance financial inclusion, fintech innovation and client experience in Hong Kong. Already, weโ€™re collaborating with the likes of Paykey, Alipay, Wechat and Ripple, and are connected to big players such as Apply Pay and Samsung Pay.โ€

Standard Charter also started a Ripple pilot in May

Douglas Feagin, who is VP of Ant Financial. Says, โ€œAnd so hereโ€™s how the blockchain works. Itโ€™s what we call a consortium blockchain and there are four parties to this; thereโ€™s AliPay Hong Kong, Standard Chartered, "whoโ€™s helping us with the clearance and settlement", and then G-cash in the Philippines who receive the money and ANT Financial is providing the technology solution.โ€

  13. Hi Eri!
I think maybe they are just more pieces of the XRP puzzle cpming together . AliPay i think, is using XRP through the bank you mentioned. Cross border is cross border, and if Ma had the tech, why wouldnt they be servicing all of China (? I ask myself) They come out with this statement, i believe as a self serving commercial- not mentioning XRP.

  14. great wrk, in my humble opinion as most of us value your opinion and experience ,it would be better as a summary your take on the last article you spoke about…just saying…

  15. Damn good theory Eri,
    Jack Ma is an extraordinarily savvy businessman, doesn't tend to make mistakes, Jack knows how good XRP is why compete for the same segment when you can dominate another, this is the type of lateral thinking Jack is famous for. great work girl ( ;
